Express Delivery

Priority shipping for urgent orders

  • Kingston & St. Andrew: Next business day
  • Other Parishes: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: J$3,500 - J$5,000 depending on location

Free Pickup

Collect from our Kingston location

  • Availability: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Ready for pickup: Within 24 hours of order
  • Cost: FREE

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships
  • Delivery notification when your package is out for delivery

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over J$50,000 within Kingston and St. Andrew. This includes:

  • Full sensor kit bundles
  • Orders with multiple units
  • Business bulk orders

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can:

  • Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact our support team for updates
  • Receive SMS notifications for delivery updates (if phone number provided)

Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate delivery address including community name and landmarks
  • Include a working phone number for delivery coordination
  • Specify any gate codes or access instructions
  • Indicate preferred delivery time if applicable

Someone must be available to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Document any visible damage with photos before opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your building management before contacting us.

Installation Services

Need help installing your Waataly sensor? We offer professional installation services in select areas:

  • Kingston & St. Andrew: J$5,000
  • Other areas: Contact us for a quote

Installation includes sensor mounting, Wi-Fi setup, and app configuration. Relay/pump wiring requires a licensed electrician (not included).
