At Waataly, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Hardware Products

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return any Waataly hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • The product has not been damaged through misuse

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, OR
  • Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

Contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective product.

Warranty Returns

Our hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects at no cost.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days
  • You retain access to your data and can export it

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your order number or account email
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos of the product condition (for hardware returns)
